Weird status change in the job application status
Hello, I had applied for a job and the status went from, "Your application is with hiring manager/department for further review" to "Thank you for your application!".

In India, not enough openings and for other countries, my candidature gets rejected because I do not have work permit.
I have been working with Reinsurance Broker in India. But, I want to route my career towards Underwriting role. I have also started my CII journey with first Unit I cleared yesterday only, IF3 (Insurance Underwriting Process). I want to work with one of the largest reinsurers in World, Allianz. But, in India we do not see much openings for someone like me who has no experience in Underwriting. and, for other countries, my candidature gets rejected because I do not have work permit in that country. I request you to guide me through this challenge.

Changing career paths—how do I get my foot in the door with Allianz?
Hi! I'm looking to change careers. I have a wealth of experience in customer service, administrative jobs, and I have experience in Legal as well, with a J.D. under my belt and everything. I've even dabbled in sales, compliance, and—most recently—insurance. In short, I know that I've got great experience and I'm very employable.
However, I'm wanting to make a career change. I've been in the process of learning programming, development, SQL, etc. I'm still a beginner, of course, but I'm learning fast.
I'm looking for a company with a wide variety of jobs so that I can offer the skills I currently have and eventually train within the company to grow/develop myself for tech jobs. Allianz seems like a wonderful company for lifelong careers, development, and a stable work environment.
My question is how you would suggest going about applying to be part of the broader Allianz family when I don't have a particular preference which skills I already have are employed (whatever is most useful to Allianz, presumably!), but instead want to communicate that I'd like to be with Allianz for long term career growth?
In short; I'm both entry level (tech) AND professional level (legal, customer support, administrative, etc.) How should I approach working at Allianz?
