Corporate Communication at Allianz
Hi Christoph, thank you for your question about the communication strategy.
Communications at Allianz is open, honest, fit-for-purpose, and inclusive. Our mission is to win our customers and employees' hearts and minds. We believe a brand can only be relevant (and create a pull) if it engages/communicates in a factual (credibility), emotional (personal relevance), social (greater good of the community), and cultural (what moves society) context. In order to do our jobs, we listen, participate, engage, inform, and are present in a variety of stakeholder networks. We allow the people in our department to practice promise-based management and empower them to bring their whole selves to work. Employees self-organize in projects and work on agreed outcomes. The leadership team acts as stewards of the talent entrusted to them: looking after resource planning, budget, personal development, and the overall steering of the communications strategy and KPI management.
Hope this is helpful to you!
