Hello, I had applied for a job and the status went from, "Your application is with hiring manager/department for further review" to "Thank you for your application!". From this thread https://allianz.career-inspiration.com/discussion/168171/two-of-my-applications-status-say-thanks-for-your-application-what-does-this-mean-thanks-ilse&utm_medium=sharingbox&utm_source=sharing-copylink I understnad that the application is submitted.
Hello!
Thank you for raising this to us. It may have been an adjustment in the system tagging for your application. But yes, your understanding is correct that your application has been successfully submitted.
Hope this helps!
Sincerely,
Miguel
