Thanks for the question. To my knowledge we do not employ people to have the sole role as a Translator. There are roles however in Allianz that look favourably upon candidates that can speak more than one language and so it is worth looking at the Allianz careers pages to see what's local and matches up with the other skills you have.
That said, we have many employees who speak & write more than one language, and this helps when we deal with customers who may not speak the local language as a first language. As an example, here in Australia we list our spoken languages and the level of skill we have on our internal system and, if anyone has a customer who would like to speak in their own native language, we'll try and find an employee who can help with that conversation.
