    Can you please confirm if you have created a new account in our new Careers website? Or if you are trying to log in the new website with old credentials?

    Either way, the best option would be to create a new account with a new email address. Otherwise, I can ask my colleagues to have a look into the matter with the email address you provided.

    I do not have another email address and want my password reset. I tried to create a new profile and it said I had an existing acocunt but would not send me a reset email I tried six times. nothing in my Spam folder either. Thanks.
