Hey Sonia - thanks for your very interesting question. As per my introduction I really didn't see this coming, me staying for that long with one corporate (!!) - however I really had the opportunity to develop myself, personal skills as well as business/ industry skills - I simply grew as a person & professional. Also Allianz grew in my pov towards a way more open and modern environment (from people to processes to tools to projects). Of course there is always still room for improvement but I am happy to still contributing to this journey of growth - Allianz' and my own.
