Would it be possible to do an internship, my practicum phase, next year (f.i. in Hamburg)?

I'm studying Real estate Management at the FH Münster in Germany. Next year, our practicum phase is coming up, and I'd like to do it at your company. It's about 11 weeks and between March and June, I suppose. I'm interested in the process of Asset Management and I think your company is just right for that. If it was possible in general, what would I have to do next ? Writing an initiative application ?
