From many different sources I would say. Surfing the internet, reading articles, or visiting other companies (not necessarily in the insurance sector, from every company one can learn something). Before the pandemic started, i loved to participate in open door events about digitalisation and new mega trends hosted at other Large corporations. Apart from that, when getting to know new people in my private life, I am always curious about how things work at their employer.
