From the management trainee scheme to underwriting, from engineering to pricing - there are lots of different great options to choose from. Personally, I did the management trainee scheme, which allowed me to experience 4 diverse and challenging rotations across the business. I learnt a lot personally and professionally and it was a fantastic way to start a career in the insurance industry, whilst also being able to undertake my ACII professional qualification.
