There were actually a few reasons that made me choose Allianz. Firstly, the role that I was applying for was something that I was looking to do and aligned with my career goals. Secondly, at the time I was told by the hiring Manager that Allianz was going through a major transformation and uplift within the Risk & Compliance Division and there will be a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. I was really attracted to this as this would mean I get to be a part of this journey and grow with the organisation. Lastly, I really liked the people that I interviewed with which gave me an indication about the quality of people and culture of the organisation.
