During my working experience, I have got the opportunity to be involved in various transformation projects focusing on both “internal efficiency” and “external growth” (e.g. customers / business development). In particular, regarding the former, I was committed to many projects aimed to improve the digital way of working and/or to define new processes for our internal business units in order to be more efficient as a company. On the other side, regarding the latter, recently I was assigned to a project focused on a creation of the new health division able to increase business. Currently, I am working on a project in the distribution area concerning the organization of some top tied agencies. As you can imagine, I can learn new things every day in a similar context!
