    Hi, Julien!

    Thank you for the interesting question. I'd say that it's progressive and continuously evolving. Data is more than important than ever for Allianz that such roles exist in specific units and/or there are specific departments for such need. New systems and tools are now in place to help us improve our ways with data.

    In HR's case for example, we have been leveraging on new tools and data dashboards powered by PowerBI that allows us an organized visibility of numbers and even of our fellow Allianz entities. This way we are able to strategize better, do benchmarks and even trigger collaboration with our colleagues.
