Dear Rafal T., I am glad you asked for such an important question, thank you! Allianz has a very strong Diversity and Inclusion culture. We believe valuing the differences of our employees, developing in a thriving workplace and a fair work culture are an essential part of our success and competitiveness. At Allianz, there are 150,000 people with more than 150 nationalities, from 5 generations and a balanced gender representation. We also pay a fair attention to LGBT population and persons with disabilities.

Hi Rafal,I wanted to jump in on this too as someone who is greatly invovled in Diversity & Inclusion (something I am super passionate about). At Allianz as well as all the things that Sisouda has detailed we have Employer Resource groups that cover topics such as gender (NEO), race and cultural ethnicity (GRACE) and sexual orientation (PRIDE) - and we firmly believe and encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work.
