Hi Aaron, thank you for your question! Every day is different but I typically start my day with a quick team call, where we each recap on our top priorities and discuss any blocking points. It is a really good way of keeping informed and getting feedback (especially throughout covid as most of us continue to work from home). From there, I organise my day – I try to plan most calls in the morning and block some time to focus in the afternoon. I use my calls to move projects forward by catching up with different stakeholders. This helps me to ensure that we are on track to deliver on time and it allows me to pick up any issues early. In the afternoon, I try to get at least 2 hours in a row of focus time to respond to emails and create materials which require deeper concentration (for example project reports, strategy papers, townhall slides…). Though I try to set myself a structure, it is important to stay flexible as each day brings its share of unexpected… but this is what makes it so interesting. I hope this answers your question!
