Thank you for the question. First before all, I have to clarify that my below answer will be based on the Allianz benefits in Munich, Germany.

There are wide range of employee benefits regardless of the fact if you are a full-time or working student/intern. Some of those benefits ranges from access to diverse e-learning platforms (such as LinkedIn learning) to mentor-ship program in the company. Moreover, employees get partial financial support with public transportation in Munich, employees are supported in getting the right equipment to work from home, and company doctor in the building (in case of emergency) etc. One important thing to mention during these difficult times of Covid-19, employees were vaccinated against Corona virus on voluntary basis.

Of course, these are some of the benefits that I could highlight.
