Wanted to understand how to get attention or probably be able to highlight your profile for the best suited job?

I have finally found the best suitable job at Allianz for me and I have the valid visa to work at the job location which is Bavaria, Germany. Not able to source a reference for this but very keen on highlighting my case for this role. So kindly assist me if there are something i can do different ?

Hi Aejaz, please apply for the role and make sure your resume is customized to the role you're applying for. I recommend using LinkedIn premium to get in touch with recruitment team for the role you're interested in. The best way to find a job is through LinkedIn connections.
