Hi team, there's no column to fill up "Date available for this position" in the application form so I can't progress

Hi team, there's no column to fill up "Date available for this position" in the application form so I can't progress. I am using Safari browser to open the form, and I also tried google chrome but the same error appeared. I can provide the screenshot if possible. Could please help figure it out? Many thanks!

    Thank you for raising this inquiry. I've done some checks with my teammate and it seems that the date field is not working using our Apple devices but works well when using laptop/PC.
