Hi Joseph, absolutely. Agile is a key element in Allianz transformation programs and, as a result, it is being utilised more and more across our organization. Indeed, by demonstrating that Allianz is keen to push Agile even further, the methodology is already used not only during the “change” activities that are temporary and focused on development projects, but also for “run” ones to manage permanent tasks with medium-low level of complexity. So, for this reason, we are implementing Agile in Operations in order to improve operational excellence through agile organization design, workforce up-skilling and cultural change.

Hello Marco, I would be interested in how exactly agility is implemented in daily business and in organization design? Are you referring with agile to a mindset that is fostered through the entire organization or do you relate agile to following a framework such as Scrum e.g.?
