Inquiry into career path as a native German speaker with fluent English skills

Hello Umair, I am writing to you with great interest regarding a position at Allianz, America. My brother who works at Allianz Germany suggested I gather some info on potential career prospects in the USA. I speak both German and English fluently, would love to have your input if possible.

Hi Emre, it is great you're considering roles in Allianz. My personal experience has been that it is usually difficult to find roles if you're not based in the country you're applying for. I think your ability to speak both languages will certainly be an advantage for you however I would recommend if you can get into Allianz Germany first and after spending some time seek role in Allianz USA which might be easier then.
