Erin F. asked a question to Rebecca H.
Hi Erin, thanks for reaching out. Behavioural economics is such an interesting field and is very relevant to what we do in customer experience. I'm not sure where (as in which country) you're applying, so I can only speak to advice for Australia. Hopefully it will be general enough to help you, regardless of your location.
At Allianz, the customer is at the heart of everything we do so think of experiences you can share in the interview where you have solved a customer problem or created a moment of delight for a customer, whether that be in a service role dealing directly with the customer or through experience design in the back end. These examples are always more impactful if you can describe the outcome for the customer! It's important to convey your passion for helping customers and supporting our internal teams to deliver for customers, and why you are interested in the role specifically. My team is incredibly passionate about what we do and we'd be on the lookout for someone who could match that energy!
Your recruiter should share with you other information that's relevant to preparing for the interview. You may want to think about questions you'd like to ask about our Customer Program as well, to gain an insight into how the program is structured and the types of activities that are underway.
Please let me know if there's anything more specific I can help answer for you and all the best with your application.
