I'd love to work at Allianz. How does the company see senior candidates applying to jobs below their experience? Tks!

I have applied to a number of openings (not at Allianz) but fear that I'm not getting selected because I may be regarded as "overqualified". I don't mind, I am so eager for an opportunity!

Dear Patricia,Thank you for reaching out!I have had the similar experience when I first came to Germany. My applications were rejected and some of the reasoning was the fact that I am overqualified. Just like you, I was eager to learn and open to all opportunities.That being said, I can not confirm how it is for other companies but at Allianz, we always welcome people with motivation and skills.
