Due to Covid, our new ways of working has definitely changed, just like many other companies. Allianz is very flexible when it comes to the option/choice of working from home and the staff is provided full support in regards with office equipment to WFH.

We just recently have released new global standards that we call "Ways of Working" including a minimum of 40% remote working and, for example, eligibility of working 25 days per year from abroad. We will share some updates on that on careers.allianz.com, soon!

Thank you for this question! Allianz has rolled out a global standard known as Ways of Working (WOW) which was formerly branded as New Work Model. With the term itself, it shows the Allianz has been driving changes to ensure we are able to adapt and approach the adjustments in a progressive manner, not just with the pandemic but moving forward. Flexible work arrangements is one of its key components.

Though there's global guidance, implementation may vary accordingly per OE.
