    Allianz is always looking for top talents in the market, needless to say we are hiring skilled people whose resume matches our job description the most. We receive many applications for a single job position, and there is always some sort of pre-selection involved which filters out applications and help our recruiters to shortlist interview candidates. Apart from the resume, cover letter is an important criteria for selection, as this is where the candidate has more of a free hand to explain us how they are a good fit for the job position.
