Are there any job opportunities for medical writer with expertise in the claim refund (summarization of medical record)?

I have been collaborating with a large insurance company (Jonckers-AXA) for 3 years in commenting and summarizing medical records (often handwritten by physicians and difficult to understand by a "layman") from IT to EN (Diagnosis, prognosis, therapy, treatments and so on). Thanks in advance for your advice
