Hi Drucilla, I don't work at Allianz Partners, but my experience with Allianz Australia has been that we are encouraged to take on opportunities to learn and continue to improve. Whether that be through formal training programs, the feedback we receive from our leaders about our performance or through self-directed learning. Since starting at Allianz, I've completed a Post Graduate Diploma of General Insurance which was formal learning, but I also set aside an hour each week to engage with topics I'm interested in through Linked In Learning.
